NOISY & HORRIBLE!

We were excited to receive this refrigerator but the first one we got was a nightmare. It ran at about 55dB nearly constantly. Frigidaire was quick about having it replaced. A week later, we received our replacement. This one runs at around 42dB but it runs nearly constantly as well. In addition, it randomly makes a higher pitch noise and a kind of grinding noise that the other one did not. As someone who has tinnitus, this refrigerator is extremely annoying and aggravates my ears to no end. I can hear it running constantly in our 2 most used rooms in the house - our kitchen & living room. As a comparison, our old refrigerator was a 10 year old LG, it only ran at about 38dB, and it ran very little. I barely noticed it. I wish we could have kept our old one going because these new ones are the absolute worst. I would never purchase a Frigidaire again. Among other minor annoyances, the protective film they put all over the fridge is so sticky that it ripped the silver paint off the edges of the shelves no matter how carefully you peeled it off and the little blue seal on the veggie drawer keeps falling off every time you open it. I am highly considering filing a charge back with my credit card company because this has to be a scam.

Simple and Clean looking fridge with nice water option inside the door. Only complaint is that the fridge runs loud a bit compared to our previous fridge. But we like that the ice maker makes smaller cubes. It was easy to install.

As I said, not my first Frigidaire product, but this one has all the features I could ask for. The lighting inside when you open the doors it™™s so bright you can actually see what™™s in it. three different bins for vegetables and cold cuts. Shelves on door high enough to hold wine bottles. I like is the finish no fingerprints and cleans up easy.

It is a great refrigerator. It was lots of work taking plastic wrapping off outside and inside refrig. Trying to install a fresh bin bag and filter without any manual or instruction on how to do it is a little frustrating. Would also great to have replacement part numbers in replacing filter and bag. Lots of damage along with a out of align freezer door after removing all plastics.

First fridge came damaged. Dent in the door and the doors were severely uneven. However, the awesome delivery man immediately pointed out the defeats. Luckily, our old fridge still worked. New fridge was supposed to be delivery a week later. After never getting a delivery window, I called and was told it was now scheduled for a few days later. Annoying, but fortunately I work from home. New fridge came undamaged and has been working well for the last two weeks.

2 days after Thanksgiving I woke up to a fridge that just didn't seem quite right. I was reaching for my coffee creamer and the container wasn't as cold as usual. I opened the freezer side and the items in there seem to be thawing. I got this sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach. No one wants to have to deal with the largest appliance in your kitchen to be out. I called an appliance repair guy and he did come over and gave me a ray of hope saying he could fix the fridge saying it wasn't the compressor, but the board. After waiting 3 days he was unable to saying that the fridge had an internal short. I was over the fear of an inoperable appliance and immediately after he left I made my way to Home Depot. It was a Black Friday deal. I looked around, was offered help, asked questions and found this model. It was a pretty smooth transaction, the appliance was delivered as stated and even at an earlier time. The 2 delivery men did an awesome job taking out the old, and putting in the new. I was pretty happy. And today I am enjoying my new Frigidaire refrigerator. Thank You.
