Smoke is coming from the back wire panel. We were told by a professional to unplug as it could burn our house down. Customer service agent told us to call someone and there is nothing they can do to help. Second oven we bought from Frigidaire and both only lasted about 6 years.

bAD DEFECTIVE Product. Oven would not turn off on Broiler. Had to use the breaker. It was very scary. FIRE and Heat HAZARD. This product should be pulled from the market and has CPSC warnings. Do not to buy! I want my warranty extended or replaced with a different model. I will never purchase another Frigidaire.

I bought this unit as it had the features we wanted.When the stove was delivered it seemed ok.The door is warped, in between the glasses had a awful drip runny looking adhesive.After using the cooktop a few times, blisters starting appearing around the burners.After calling the service company for them, they came out and decided to replace the cooktop and replace the glass in the door and install new hinges.The door glass was replaced with glass that looked worse and unclean with adhesive marks, fingerprints and was still warped.Frigidaire will not answer their phones and I am about to file a complaint with the better business bureau.I don™™t recommend this product.

Not going to say its a bad range, but for a new model, we have gone back in time. Up & down arrows, really? Where's the digital? I walked into the store with Frigidaire on the brain - what I've always bought. Old range had a rack that pulled out when door was opened - what an ingenious safety feature! Never thought this new one wouldn't have it. How can you take away a safety feature? My husband shakes & burned himself 3 times in first 2 weeks. Many times since. I know we are stuck with this because I can't afford to buy another. Looks like many more years of hearing my husband yelp. Great for a first range, I guess. If only I had my old one back.

We bought the oven/stove about a month ago. Unfortunately after about 10 minutes after turning in the oven, the motor blew up and fried the electric panel. The stove top still works and is absolutely amazing! We are waiting for the part to come in for the oven.

2 months old. Burner shorted out. Repair man found wire that has shorted out on metal. Had to use a butt splice to fix. When opened the top, the burn Mark was visible on the metal. Luckily no one was shocked when this happened. Don™™t think this should have happened.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Terrible products. My appliances are less than 2 years old and my oven/range had two elements go bad today. They told me they cant do anything to help me. Instead they will sell you replacement parts for double what you can find on other sites. This is the 2nd repair I've had to make on one of their appliances since I bought the home. I will NEVER buy their products again.

I love to write reviews for amazing products and great service. I don't bother writing negative reviews most of the time unless it really means something. That being said, Frigidaire is a brand my family has trusted for as long as I can remember. The quality is just unbeatable! You can imagine my excitement (and relief) when I purchased my first house nearly a year ago when three of four kitchen appliances were Frigidaire (see pics)...it literally brought comfort in my decision to purchase this home. Everything has been amazing until we started cooking dinner this evening, American Chop Suey, our favorite. Within minutes of starting the burner, we noticed what looked like a scratch on the glass top. After running my finger over the top of it, I realized it was a crack, and then saw the spider-affect that spread across the left half of the stovetop. WHAT?! We did nothing to cause this. We're grown adults, no small children, no flying objects in the house, and I'm pretty sure nobody broke into our home just to damage our glass stovetop and leave. We have 2 options now since we didn't purchase the appliances themselves: (1) purchase a $300 glass top replacement that we cannot trust to stay in tact after this experience; or (2) trash the stove and purchase a new one which I can guarantee you will be another brand. I've talked with my family and they were outraged at the cheap, self-destructive appliances that Frigidaire has decided to produce these days. It's unfortunate because there is a lot of influence with some social and family groups.

The stove has it all. Conventional oven and slick look with great price. Lowes work bought same stove and he told me how much he loved it. So I took chance on stove and boy he was right. Great price and great review from Lowes worker

Just purchased this great looking Fidgidare gallery stove . Did not try the stove till after the 48 hour return policy and now I am stuck with a Stove that when the oven is on at 350 the front outer surface is over 200 degrees and we are very afraid that one of our 4 grandchildren will burn themselves, I wish I would have known this before I bought it . We owned a older model FRIGIDARE stove that did not have this problem . We are VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I™™ve had this range for 3 weeks and I™™m happy with it. This was the only range I could find at Lowes with the depth to fit within my kitchen cabinet configuration. Most ranges would be too deep to fit and still be able to open an adjacent cabinet drawer.I like the five burners and the extra large burner with the option of using a smaller burner within the large one.The oven preheat seems to take quite awhile. It would be helpful to have the preheat displayed on a timer.The hidden element in the oven is a nice feature for wiping up any spills. The first time the oven was used there was a an unpleasant smell so don™™t put food in the oven the first time you turn it on. The smell went away after an hour or so with the oven set at 350 bake.

I bought my Frigidaire appliances in appliances in Jun 2021 which means i am still currently covered under the manufacturer warranty. We purchased an electric range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The stove and the refrigerator have both stopped working at different points in time. Good luck trying to get hold of the warranty department. After making numerous calls and being redirected to an appliance center in Illinois, I live in Georgia, I was able to speak to someone and managed to get my refrigerator fixed. I am currently trying to have my stove repair as the burners and oven it self no longer work. I would give the whole company 1 star if I could.

The range is just beautiful to look at with the smooth glass top and stainless steep. It heats so quickly and the burners are easy to set to the needed temperature. We do like the hidden heating coil in the oven. It looks better and is easier to clean, just a quick wipe to get any spills up.

So far there™™s nothing I do not like about our range. The controls are intuitive and they do what their suppose to do. I am delighted how quickly the preheat responds, it is very nice looking, the lower driver is more sturdy than most I™™ve looked at, the oven steam clean is handy,( also has the conventional electronic high heat cleaning( haven™™t used yet as steam is so quick and efficient™¦. Timer is loud and persistent ( a good thing for us™¦ very satisfied with this stove!

This range was built to last. We owned a Samsung range and it only lasted two years and the oven became defective due inpart by poor workman ship. We love this range and we are sure it will last the test of time. Thank you so much for making a reliable product.

Both the oven and the stove top take way too long time to heat up. Even the "quick boil." Also, the LCD display on the range broke after I ly a few months. Not all of the lines light up. For example, if it is 8:00pm, it looks like 9:00pm because of the missing line on the hour digit.

The good: Looks good and seems to working well. Nice arrangement and sizing of the heating elements. Love how well the bottom drawer moves! The only complaint so far is when the oven is on and heating up the temperature given is temperature the oven has been set to, not the current temperature. Well, I already know what I set the oven to, but I don't have any idea how long until it reaches that temperature.

I selected my range because of burner configuration. I needed the larger burner for big pans. I am having a little trouble adjusting the quick boil burner. It requires me to watch closely to avoid burning.

We love our new Frigidaire range. The ™Quick Bake™ works just like an air fryer. The steam clean function makes small spills a breeze to clean up and I love that the oversized burner also has a secondary burner that is smaller. We are very pleased so far.
